Adagio Sunset Sail Dinner is an exclusive event limited for 12 guests maximum to support Deep Blue Conservancy Research activities on 2026. It departs at 4:00, 4:30 or 5pm from Los Peines Pier and returns three hours later.
Deep Blue Conservancy is dedicated to the preservation of marine life and ecosystems impacted by human activities. We focus to use education and technology to protect and preserve our oceanic heritage for future generations!
Enjoy a gorgeous Sunset while Sailing over the beautiful waters off Puerto Vallarta and delight yourself with a three course menu created by Chef Andrea Alfano paired with selected fine mexican white wines!

Our goal for 2026 is to finish compiling the reviewed Humpback Whale fluke identification data gathered since 1994 up to date and design the first Catalog of Singer Humpback Whales of Banderas Bay, Mexico.
